PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taking-out device to loaded sheets at high speed up sucking them one by one by a sucking rotor which is capable of reducing big noise generated by a sudden air flow generated through a suction hole of the sucking rotor at the time when the paper sheets are peeled off from the sucking rotor. SOLUTION: It is possible to reduce noise at the time of peeling the sheets 3 by varying suction force of the sucking rotor 1 at the time of sucking the paper sheets and at the time of peeling them so as to make the suction force of the sucking rotor 1 at the time of peeling the sheets 3 smaller than the suction fore at the time of suckling the paper sheets 3.
