PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary pressure rise of a fluid supplied to a wheel cylinder in case of failure of a fluid pressure actuator automatically controlling brake force. SOLUTION: A control valve 10*, a release valve 60**, a suction valve 52* are closed and a hold valve 20** is opened in a pressure apply mode. In this condition, a suction valve 50* and a hydraulic pump 30* are driven with a duty drive to control pressure of a fluid sucked in the hydraulic pump 30* and to increase pressure in a condition of controlling a discharge amount of the hydraulic pump 30*. |
