PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a bone flap not having protruded part to the inside of a skull and allowing easily performing operation. SOLUTION: An axis 4 that is possible to be inserted between opposite sides 102T and 101T of a skull 102 and a bone flap 101 is placed on a lower face 3 of the front side of a head 2. Stoppers 5, 5 are placed as in protruded manner as the axis 4 that is possible to get into a cancellous bone 105 between cortical bones 103 and 104 existing on the front back side of the skull 102 and the bone flap 101. By use of an opening S made while the skull 102 around an affected part is removed, the axis 4 is inserted into the opening S between the opposite sides 102T and 101T of the skull 102 and the bone flap 101, and by rotating the axis 4 by use of the head 2, the stoppers 5, 5 get into the cancellous bone 105 under the cortical bone 103 existing on the front side to fix the bone flap 101 to the skull 102.
