PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for permanent-wave and dyeing the hair, capable of beautifully dyeing only the hair without unevenness setting permanent wave, and further to provide a simultaneous treating method of permanent-wave and hair-dyeing. SOLUTION: This sheet 1 for permanent-wave and dyeing the hair is obtained by allowing a sheet material to contain a hairdye component. The simultaneous treating method of the permanent-waving and the hair-dyeing comprises laying the hair 2 on the sheet 1 for permanent-waving the dyeing the hair 2, winding the resultant hair 2 with the sheet 1 on a rod 3 for permanent wave, and applying the reduction and oxidation treatment to the hair 2.
