PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain supply device constituted so as to supply powder or grains by uniformly dispersing them in the air by entirely flying the powder or the grains in a container under as simple a method as possible and controlling conveying capacity of the uniformly dispersed powder. SOLUTION: The flown up powder and grain FR is delivered by putting it on an air current flowing toward an exist 5 from an entrance 4 by installing an air supply pipe 8 with a plural number of air injection nozzles 9A-9D mounted on its inside of the container 1 to store the powder and grains FR free to horizontally rotate and flying up the powder and grains FR while autorotating by injecting compressed air from each of the air injection nozzles 9A-9D.
