PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a polyvinyl bag holder to be easily disassembled and brought, and provide both a function for fixing it to a lateral edge and a combined function for displaying a product and depositing it as waste material. SOLUTION: A hanger angle parts 1 is provided with a coupler pipe 5, an L-shaped hanger parts 2 is inserted into the pipe and connected to it. A filling rod 13 accompanied with an arm receiving rod 3 is inserted into and connected to a coupler pipe 6 for the L-shaped hook parts, resulting in that a skeleton of angle composed of a lateral shaft and a vertical shaft is formed and it becomes possible to perform a fixing with the hook being engaged with the lateral edge. Then, both right and left parts of embedding rods in the arm receiving rods are inserted into the coupler pipes arranged at the L-shaped hook parts so as to enable a function for holding a cashier bag to be carried out. Poles 14 are arranged at four locations in the hook angle parts and the poles are aligned and installed at holes 16 in a flat table 4, thereby this arrangement provides a function capable of displaying commodities. In the case that the holder is not required, it is satisfactory for the holder to be disassembled and brought.
