PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a disk substrate by preventing gas from remaining in a cavity space. SOLUTION: Degassing channels formed to make the inside of the cavity space communicate with the outside of the space, a negative pressure generation source which forms a negative pressure in the cavity space, and a negative pressure supply system 61 which connects a prescribed degassing channel out of the degassing channels to the negative pressure generation source are provided. The opening 52a of at least one degassing channel out of the degassing channels is opened to the air. With the formation of the negative pressure in the cavity space, air is introduced from the opening 52a into the cavity space, so that air can be sucked easily even when the pressure in the cavity space is decreased.
