PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the releasing section of a contents release mechanism to be turned by a user to a desired direction in the outside space, improving the convenience of the mechanism. SOLUTION: A tubular linking base 6 is fitted into a linking section 42 which is a part of a cover body 4 of a container containing various contents. To the linking base, a turning member 7 is attached so that it can turn in the direction C (turning axis: A-A'). A united item comprising a turning axis member 9 and a nozzle member 11 turnable in the direction D (turning axis: B-B') is attached to the turning member 7. The attaching section 9b of the turning axis member 9 after attached is fitted into a communicating hole 7b of the turning member 7. The nozzle member 11 turns in the direction D relating to the turning member 7, which turns in the direction C relating to the cover body 4 (container), enabling the nozzle to be set in an arbitrary direction, up or down and right or left. The contents are moved from 42b of the cover body 4 through the inner space of the turning member 7, the turning axis member 9, etc., to a nozzle attachment section 11g.
