PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest bed dedicated for resting feet/legs allowing a user to rest the user's feet and legs easily, lying on the back or on the side with legs extending, feeling relaxed in a free time at home as it is said that the fatigue comes from the feet/legs and the foot/leg care is necessary for keeping fit in everyday life. SOLUTION: The footrest bed dedicated for resting feet/legs is for resting the lower leg parts under the knee joints of a user by bringing the lower leg parts up/down lightly on a flat plane formed on a mini-bed of about 25 cm in height while the user is lying on the back in bed in order to keep fit everyday or when suffering from the fatigue in the feet/legs, the anemia, etc.
