<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat to be easy of ensuring safety of a child even when collision occurs. SOLUTION: When collision occurs and an inertial force is exerted on a child seat body 1, a force to slide forward is exerted on a slide member 6. When the force exceeds a given value and a shear pin 8 is broken, the slide member 6 is brought into a state to slide through a rail 7. When the slide member 6 sides through the rail 7, its wide neck part collides with the narrow notch part of a rail and advances as it forcibly spreads a narrow notch part as each time it collides with the narrow notch part. By the spreading force, energy of the inertia force exerted on the child seat body 1 is lost and at a point of time when the slide member 6 is dislocated from the rail 7, the energy is brought into a state to be almost lost. This constitution prevents the child seat body 1 from being thrown in air with force.</p> |
