PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce countermeasures against noise by breaking electromagnetic noise being generated by electrostatic discharge due to static electricity that is electrified to a game ball and a ball tank, and to prevent a malinfluence due to noise on various kinds of substrates for control, or the like, that control a game. SOLUTION: A plated layer 50 is formed on the inner surface of the ball tank 33, the plated layer 51 is formed also on the outer surface. Therefore, when a ball tank 33 is made of an insulating material such as a synthetic resin, a game ball 25 to be supplied from the outside to the ball tank 33 due to fall is electrified by static electricity, the radiation especially to the lower portion of the ball tank 33 of the electromagnetic noise can be effectively broken even if electromagnetic wave-like noise due to the electrified static electricity is generated, thus reliably preventing poor influence due to noise to a plurality of substrates for control being provided at the lower side of the ball tank 33 and reinforcing measures against noise.
