THROW-AWAY DIAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away diaper of a shorts type which is easily and hygienically disposable and does not impair appearance during wearing. SOLUTION: This throw-away diaper is formed in the following manner: The central area on the front surface of a rear surface sheet is provided with a tape fastener for fastening in disposal having a tacky adhesive layer; this tape fastener has a fixing part to be joined and fixed to this rear surface sheet and a fastening part for fastening the diaper by rounding the same; the fixing part and the fastening part have mounts and tacky adhesive layers formed by coating one surfaces of the respective mounts with tacky adhesives; the surface of the mount of the fixing part abutting the tacky adhesive layer of the fastening part is subjected to release treatment; one end of the fixing part and one end of the fastening part are abutted each other by the adhesives; the fixing part and the fastening part are fixed; the tacky adhesive layer near one end of the fixing part in the fastening part is joined and fixed to the rear surface sheet; and the tape fastener is adapted to fasten its tacky adhesive layer to the rear surface sheet.
