PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a side leakage of menstrual blood or vaginal secrete, or the like, by a double obstacle wall (gathers) as well as forming a remaining space for the menstrual blood, or the like which can function effectively by the solid gathers of both sides, and keep the shape in a longitudinal direction of a product in a cured shape. SOLUTION: Absorbent goods N where an absorbent body 2 lies between a liquid permeable top sheet 3 and a liquid impermeable back sheet 1 are furnished. A right and left pair of first solid gathers 4, 4 which is formed protrusively in an inner direction by using a side upper position of the absorbent body 2 as starting point in both sides of the absorbent goods N, and a nonwoven fabric 6 which is practically continuous from the side edge of the liquid impermeable back sheet 1 at the outside position of the first solid gathers 4, 4 and the back sheet constitute the goods N. Second solid gathers 5, 5 which are formed protursively in an outside direction by using practically the upper position of the liquid impermeable back sheet 1 as starting point K are furnished.
