PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bamboo stilts which enable anyone to ride on the stilts even while wearing shoes and lessen fatigue in spite of walking for a long time. SOLUTION: The bamboo stilts 10 comprise flat planar foot rests 11 sized to allow placing of the entire flat part of the feet 6 and poles 1 which are fixed vertically through the footrests 11 near the inner side at the bases of the big toes of the feet 6 placed thereon.
