PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system for reception with a facsimile device where, if a plurality of companies and the like share the same facsimile device, individual burdon for the fee of use related to reception of facsimile data is clarified while security of the received facsimile data is raised. SOLUTION: A prepaid card is provided where a remaining amount is recorded according to amount of money while the remaining amount is reduced according to usage. Further, a facsimile device main body F is provided where, when a facsimile data is received, a remaining amount of the prepaid card which is fed into the slit is confirmed, and if any amount is left its use is permitted, while the remaining amount of the prepaid card is reduced according to such use as the received facsimile data is taken out.
