PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive mobile communication terminal device such as a portable telephone and a PHS terminal or the like capable of meeting requirements when a user wants a communication party to watch his/her facial expression or wants to watch the same picture bidirectionally during speech communication. SOLUTION: While transmitting/receiving voice data by calling, a mobile communication terminal device 1 at transmitting side allows a mobile communication terminal device 1 at receiving side to transmit still image data to the mobile communication terminal device 1 in order to display it on the mobile communication terminal device 1 or a portable display terminal device 2 of the other party.
