PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex signal mean value calculation device in a receiver for mobile communication or the like that can calculate a phase mean value and an amplitude means value of a complex signal sequence with a small-scale and simple configuration and with a small error. SOLUTION: A vector mean value calculation means 14-1 calculates a vector mean value of a complex signal sequence, a mean power calculation means 14-2 calculates its power, and a power multiple means 1-3 generates vector mean value multiple powers resulting from multiplying the vector mean value power. A power mean value calculation means 14-4 calculates a power mean value of the complex signal sequence, a comparison means 1-5 compares the vector mean value multiple powers with the power mean value, a discrimination means 1-6 discriminates a vector mean value multiple power with a least difference from the power mean value, and a selection means 1-8 selects and outputs a multiple vector mean value corresponding to the discrimination result among multiple vector mean values multiplied by an amplitude multiple means 1-7. |
