PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device wherein functions are changed depending on a location between an operating unit and an operated unit. SOLUTION: The operating unit is made to obtain a location relative to the operated unit, a plurality of function execution means are stored in a function stored portion and the function execution means are taken out therefrom and executed by selecting a plurality of functions depending on the location relationship.
