PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talent use system which is adaptive to the establishment of various business items that a participating company desires for the purpose of speedily securing an appropriate talent needed for the business strategy of the company. SOLUTION: This is an Internet-using talent use system and has a work skill database 11 where work skill data on the group of employees of the participating company that a participating company machine 4 belongs to are gathered, a talent database 12 where talent information obtained by analyzing the work skill data is gathered, a job seeking information database 13 where job seeking information on an individual group are gathered from individual machines through the Internet, and an outsourcing database 14 which provides collation service between job offer information from participating companies and the job seeking information gathered in the job seeking information database 13 and collation service between various business items from the participating companies and the talent information gathered in the talent database 12.
