PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the luminance of an electroluminescent lamp by utilizing the binder having a large relative dielectric constant. SOLUTION: A light-emitting layer 2 is formed at 30-50μm of thickness on a transparent electrode layer 53 by screen printing, using an ink for light- emitting layer dispersed with phosphor obtained by activating zinc sulfide with copper and the binder made of the extremely high nitrile rubber (nitrile content at 48%) in the organic solvent. A reflecting and insulating layer 3 is formed at 10-20μm of thickness on the light-emitting layer 2 by printing, using the ink for reflecting and insulating layer obtained by dispersing the barium titanate and the extremely high nitrile rubber (nitrile content at 48%) in the organic solvent.
