PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular heater which can be easily manufactured, and moreover in which wastage of material of heating wire is not produced. SOLUTION: This tubular heater is constituted of an insulating tube comprising insulating material in a tubular form, the heating wire contained in the insulating tube, having a spiral heating part, and composed to be expandable in the axial direction of the insulating tube; a connection terminal having a connection part connected to at least one end of the heating wire; and a stopper part locked to at least one end part of the insulating tube; and provided with a form capable of passing through the inside of the insulating tube; caps installed on both ends of the insulating tube, and holding at least part of the stopper part with the insulating tube; and a binding part comprising binder for fixing the stopper part of the connection terminal between the cap and the insulating tube.
