PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally deterioration in heating balance of a resin sheet occurs due to being unable to approach respectively heater units, when arranging sensors between the heater units. SOLUTION: The heater units 210, having almost rectangular frames 211, are arranged in a checker shape while respectively rotating in the counterclockwise direction by an almost equal angle, and straight line parts of the respective frames 211 are approached, and an almost rectangular void surrounded by corner parts of the respective heater units 210 is formed, and since radiation thermometers 220 and 230 are arranged in this void for detecting a temperature in a resin sheet 400, even if the radiation thermometers 220 and 230 are arranged, the deterioration of the heating balance in the resin sheet 400 can be prevented.
