PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical cushion tape which has both function for cushioning well and discharging an electric charge to a metallic armor and improves work efficiency of winding. SOLUTION: The cushion tape provides a composite tape 10 and a conductive fiber 1. The composite tape 10 has a fiber base. A rubber composition adheres to at least one surface of the fiber base. The conductive fiber 1 is sewed on the composite tape 10 and penetrates from one surface to another.
