PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire and gas leakage alarm issuing an appropriate voice alarm according to the emergency. SOLUTION: This fire and gas leakage alarm 10 is provided with a fire detection part 11, gas detection parts 12 and 13, an alarm determination part 21 issuing an alarm signal, when the outputs of the respective detection parts exceed the prescribed threshold, a voice alarm part 15 notifying the detection of the fire and gas leakage by a voice based on the alarm signal from the alarm determination part, and a voice control part 24 controlling the voice outputted from the voice alarm part 15. They are so set that the alarm determination part 21 determines ranking of the emergency extent of the abnormal state by the combination of the detected output values from the fire detection part 11 and the gas detection parts 12 and 13, and that the voice control part 24 controls the voice issued by the voice alarm part 15 based on the determination result of the alarm determination part 21.
