PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an inner magnetic shield in a cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: A short side flat magnetic shield half 54 [54a, 54b] forming the inclined short side extending at the specified angle to the long side through each of bent parts 71, 72, and an inner beam flat shield half 56 [56a, 56b] are integratedly formed on one side and the other side of a long side flat magnetic shield part 53 forming an inclined long side. The bend 72 of the inner beam shields 52a, 52b is formed of two inner magnetic shields 52A, 52B formed in a fan shape, two inner magnetic shields 52A, 52B are bent, and the short side magnetic shield halves 54a and 54b are connected each other, and inner beam shield halves 56a and 56b are also connected each other.
