PURPOSE: A belt with a pocket is provided to effectively and safely receive a cellular phone and a recorder at the same time in a fixed condition by using one belt. CONSTITUTION: The belt comprises various shaped of pockets for receiving a recorder, a compact disk player, an MP3, and so on as well as a pocket for receiving a cellular phone, and a holder capable of appropriately holding an earphone line. The belt is constructed to be closely contact to an upper garment to wrap the shoulder and the upper part of the body like a gun holster. Therefore, a user is able to easily receive a phone while listening music by using the recorder and so on received in the pocket of the belt.
