PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extensible and dynamic software operating environment supporting applications, especially an environment support XML processor to process structured information. SOLUTION: This operating system is provided with a receiver to receive a structured document in an environment network environment, a processor to execute an application to process the received document, and a transmitter to transmit the processed document. The operating system is extensible so that use of the application to process the structured document is dynamically supported and further an application to process the structure document is supported.
