The drop screen (1), such as a solar protection, roller shutter and similar, has a device for placing and/or removal of an operating cable (5), a winding spool for the screen and a repair set. The operating cable is attached with fixture devices to the winding spool (6) for the rotation of a winding shaft (3). The fixture devices comprise sprung components for sprung clamping fixture of the operating cable to the winding spool. The sprung components incorporate at least one sprung lip, they limit a radial cavity in the winding spool and form a cast piece with the winding spool. The device for placing and removal of the operating cable from the winding spool comprises a material strip provided with a hook component for gripping and clamp-positioning of the operating cable in the sprung components of the winding spool and release devices for removal of the cable.
