SOLUTION: Company plants having private power generation 15a and 15b input the data of the plants, big consumers 17a and 17b input data, the companies having the private power generation and the big consumers are defined as a specific group. A money saving evaluation processing part 13 evaluates money saving results about electricity purchase and sale amounts between the companies having the private power generation and the big consumers.
