SOLUTION: While accepting the request of a person to be provided with a service, the process of distribution is omitted by directly providing the service through the Internet to the person to be provided with the service through the use of a computer, further, the publication of an ordered article is sold inexpensively or free by inserting an advertisement or propaganda and additionally, a publication comprehensible for sight and sense of hearing is provided. |
