PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a customer database system and a delivery channel connection system which can actualize CRM service while using an existent system. SOLUTION: A GW server 130 is interposed among the customer database 110, an ATM system 140 as a delivery channel, and a teller terminal system 150 and on this GW server 130, customer data are saved as a conceptual schema having data specifications of the customer database and data specifications of the delivery channel united. At a request to access the customer database from each delivery channel, the data specifications are converted into data specifications matching the customer database 110 by referring to the conceptual schema to access the customer database 110. |
