PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage/current converting circuit, that can prevent fluctuations in a gain control current without resetting a gain control voltage, even when gain control voltage fluctuates, and can eliminate attenuation in a reproduction RF signal, for surely and accurately reproducing a record signal in an optical disk, even if the frequency of the reproduction RF signal is increased. SOLUTION: An input voltage 10 and a supply voltage 8, used as the reference of the input voltage 10, are inputted; fluctuation in the supply voltage 8 is detected, and the detected result is used for correcting an error generated by the fluctuation in the supply voltage 8 for current, where the input voltage 10 is subjected to voltage/current conversion; thus outputting the gain control current 17, without errors by the fluctuation in the supply voltage 8 as an output current.
