PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet which has excellent light transmissiveness and excellent manufacturing efficiency capable of simplifying manufacturing process and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is characterized in that a mesh-shaped electromagnetic wave shielding material is laminated on an easily adhesive film of a light transmissive film in which the easily adhesive film is formed by coating a resin material or alkoxysilane, in this method of manufacturing the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, the mesh-shaped electromagnetic wave shielding material is brought into contact with the easily adhesive film of the light transmissive film, and thereafter is radiated with thermal energy from the light transmissive film side so as to be fixed to the easily adhesive film, and the mesh-shaped electromagnetic wave shielding material is adhesively laminated.
