EMITTED LIGHT MIRROR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitted light mirror device having a generally ellipse or parabola shaped concave curved reflection surface. SOLUTION: A bending elastic body 16 inserted through a swing folder 14 at both end adjacent parts is held at two parts asymmetric in the axial direction by movable holders 51 and is placed together with a displacement holder 52 at a position which is close to but does not contact to a long mirror 13 and bending moments of different magnitudes are applied on each end part of the long mirror 13 through the swing holder 14 to set a reflection surface 18 of the long mirror 13 in generally ellipse or parabola shaped concave curved surface. A relative position of the movable holder 51 against the displacement holder 52 is adjustable and a rotation leading equipment 54 provided with a hexagon wrench 53 allowing the adjustment from outside of a chamber in an airtight manner is provided as a position adjustment means.
