PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source follower amplifier for amplifying and outputting an input AC voltage signal over a wide range band. SOLUTION: An input AC voltage signal Vin is inputted to the gate of an MOS transistor M1, and an output AC voltage signal Vout is outputted from the source of the MOS transistor M1. An input AC voltage signal -Vin is inputted to the gate of an MOS transistor M3, and an output AC voltage signal -Vout is outputted from the source of the MOS transistor M3. By inputting the drain voltage (DC bias voltage) of an MOS transistor M5 and the input AC voltage signal -Vin to the gate of an MOS transistor M2, the MOS transistor M2 turns into the AC current source of the MOS transistor M1. By inputting the drain voltage of the MOS transistor M5 and the input AC voltage signal Vin to the gate of an MOS transistor M4, the MOS transistor M4 serves as the AC voltage source of the MOS transistor M3.
