PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive label which offers resource conservation and the pursuit of cost effective beneficialness as the label which is easily peelable when soaked with water while satisfying practicable characteristics in both of adhesive strength and blocking property, is useful for recycling of bottles, etc., and does not require release paper. SOLUTION: This tacky adhesive label is formed by providing the surface of a paper-base label base material layer with a delayed tack type tacky adhesive composition layer across an anchor coating agent layer.
