PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a device for forming a visual tool showing correspondence of the same part of a drawing for a certain object between all views of the part in the drawing. SOLUTION: In this method and system for assisting a user in recognition of a element of the object inside various views shown on the object drawing, a selected side of the object in each view is automatically displayed in enhanced form, while the sides of respective planes adjacent to the selected side can be independently displayed in enhanced form. This process facilitates user's recognition of the three-dimensional shape of the object. This invention is suitable for computer assisting designing, computer assisting manufacturing, and computer assisting engineering especially.
