PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for streetlamps capable of saving the electricity charges and the energy by causing lighting part to light, when it is at night and moreover in bad weather, and to provide a streetlamp using this system. SOLUTION: This lighting system detects whether the time is night time and discriminates the weather, and causing a lighting part B2 to light at night, in inclement weather of a level which hinders visibility. |
