PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system which can perform its processes by using a portable terminal. SOLUTION: Attributes information showing whether or not the items of document data are to be circulated to the portable terminal is set for each item of the document data. When the document data are to be circulated to the portable terminal, only the items having the attributes information showing that the data are to be circulated to the portable terminal are transferred to the portable terminal which processes the document data.
