SOLUTION: A data transmitting/receiving means 116 receives data such as advertisement attached with free call sent from an operator server 102 and displays it on a display 114. The data for the advertisement attached with a free call sent from the operator server 102 includes a point data related to a free call point. When the data transmitting/receiving means 116 receives the data of the advertisement, the point data is accumulated in a data accumulation part 118.
