PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wireless terminal incorporating a PIFA(Plate Inverted F Antenna) and having a dead space between two conductor plates to cause a structural fault that can effectively use the dead space so as to remarkably improve the acoustic performance. SOLUTION: The plate antenna having a 1st conductor plate 1A and a 2nd conductor plate 1B, a speaker 9, and a hollow horn 8 connecting the two conductor plates are placed in a terminal enclosure 2, they are arranged in the order of the speaker 9, the 1st conductor plate 1A, the hollow horn 8, and the 2nd conductor plate 1B, and a hone sound conduction connecting structure is formed in the terminal enclosure 2 in the portable wireless terminal.
