PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an analog/digital converter that can reduce a noise and enhance the accuracy of analog/digital conversion for the input operation being switched over to A/D conversion. SOLUTION: A successive approximation register 7 includes a plurality of analog/digital conversion registers 16, 17 that are prepared corresponding to A/D inputs, respectively. After charging a capacitor 1 in a comparator 6 with a voltage on the basis of a value latched by the analog/digital register corresponding to the A/D input that is going to be analog/digital-converted, the analog/digital conversion of the A/D input is started.
