PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin handling device 11 capable of easily having a replenishing cassette 17 mounted to and demounted from a device body 12. SOLUTION: When the replenishing cassette 17 is mounted, an operation part 23 is pushed in to cause a replenishing cassette placement board 15 to be moved into a push-in position in the device body 12 by a sliding mechanism 32 and moved up from the push-in position to a predetermined resupply cassette mounting position by an up-and-down moving mechanism. When the replenishing cassette 17 is demounted, the operation part 33 is pulled out to cause the resupply cassette placement board 15 to be moved down from the predetermined resupply cassette mounting position by the up-and-down moving mechanism 34 and pulled out of the device body 12 by the sliding mechanism 32. The one- step operation of pushing in or pulling out the operation part 33 permits the replenishing cassette 17 to be mounted to and demounted from the predetermined replenishing cassette mounting position in the device body.
