PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a electrostatic discharging apparatus, moderating an electrical shock from a discharge of electrostatic with an electrical discharging circuit and a dynamical shock by a collision. SOLUTION: A electrostatic discharging equipment is comprised of a bar shaped high-resistant discharging body 12 supported slidably in an axial direction between an operation position projecting from a case 11, made of a conductive body and a storage position stored in the case 11 and electrically connected to the case 11; a spring member 13 for energizing the discharging body 12 toward the operation position in the axial direction, lock part 14 for locking the discharging body 12 at the storage position; and a release switch 15 for releasing the discharging body 12 from the storage position. The discharging body 12 at the storage position is energized by the spring member 13 and is made to collide with a body to be discharged by operating the release switch 15, while holding the case 11. Shock from the collision is added to electrical shock, and the electrical shock is moderated.
