PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal-inserting device of low cost by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: This terminal inserting device 1 has a terminal inserting unit 6. The terminal inserting unit 6 comprises a driving cylinder, a cam member 24, a transferring member 25, a positioning member 26 and a terminal feeding- out part 22. The cam member 24 is connected to a rod of the driving cylinder. The transfer member 25 is abutted on the cam member 24 at its one end part 25a, and has a cutting blade 50 on the other end part 25b. The transfer member 25 is vertically movable. The positioning member 26 is abutted on the cam member 24 at its one end part 51a and has a positioning tooth 53 at the other end part 51b. The positioning member 26 is movable vartically. The terminal feeding-out part 22 feeds out a pressure contact terminal 200 onto the cutting blade 50. The cam member 24 allows the transfer member 25 and the positioning member 26 to be interlocked with each other to be made to move vertically by the driving of the driving cylinder and feeds out the pressure contact terminal 200 to the terminal feed-out part 22.
