PALLET FOR BUILDING IN REEL OF MAGNETIC TAPE CASSETTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable in-line a process step for building reels having magnetic tapes wound on them into pallets and supplying the reels to a process step for setting the reels to halves, which process step is heretofore carried out off-line. SOLUTION: The pallet for assembling the reels of magnetic tape cassettes which are formed by providing the top of a pallet base plate with reel guide pins to which flanges of the respective reels are made to butt in building a pair of the reels for taking up the magnetic tapes to ribs on the pallet base plate at least at two pieces each per each reel and providing the top of the base plate with tape guide pins for guiding the portions of the magnet tape spread between a pair of the reels and are so constituted that a pair of the reels can be easily built into the ribs are provided.
