PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a sheath heater and a sheath terminal part, capable of further thinning the thickness of a casting plate without reducing capacitance of a heater wire, a joining method therefor and a casting metal plate heater composed of this joining structure. SOLUTION: This joining structure has the sheath heater 3 inserting and arranging a heater wire 17, such as a nichrome wire in a sheath pipe 13 and electrically insulated by sealing an electrical insulator 14' inside a pipe and the sheath terminal part 2 projecting a terminal part 11 on one end of the sheath pipe 13, inserting and arranging a terminal member 12 continuing with the terminal part in the sheath pipe 13 and electrically insulated by sealing an electrical insulator 14 in the sheath pipe, and one end of the sheath heater is joined to a sheath pipe side surface on the anti-terminal part side of the sheath terminal part, and the heater wire and the terminal member are connected conductively. A seat part 16 is desirably arranged in a rear end part of the sheath terminal part 2.
