PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer control device which prioritizes a urgent print job processes printing whatever the accepted order to the printer control device of the job is after repair of trouble, when suspension of printing process due to the trouble of printer lasts for a specified time or more. SOLUTION: A print job setting unit 14 which receives and retains print job sent from a terminal device via LAN 2 sets higher priority on the print job which is accepted with in a specified time TR1 from a point of the restoration of the printer than the print job which accepted before then. The print job processing unit 14 prioritizes the print job with higher priority to the print job with lower priority and outputs the print job with higher priority to the printer 3 and processes printing after the restoration of the printer. |
