PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for retrieving commodity information by utilizing the Internet, by which various kinds of information on a commodity to be retrieved can be displayed on a home page only by accessing a database server registering the commodity information with a bar code number. SOLUTION: While utilizing an Internet terminal linked on the Internet communication network, the home page is accessed by the bar code number of the article via a provider on the Internet communication network, where the database server of commodity information on the Internet communication network is installed. Thus, the database of the commodity information can be retrieved. |
