PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize video information more efficiently by realizing the bidirectional linking of advertisement video information to be displayed by being linked with a map and map information. SOLUTION: A map display means 200 display a map 101 stored in a map database 11 and an advertisement information display means 201 displays advertisement information 102 related to the map 101. Moreover, when an object (partial objective picture) in the advertisement information 102 presented with a video is selected by a user, the display means 201 obtains advertisement information having relation to the object from an advertisement information database 21 by referring to a management information storage means 22 and displays the information. Furthermore, a correspondence position display means 202 displays the correspondence position of the object in a graphic form on the map 101.
